Chanel, Founder and Virtual Assistant
Hi I'm Chanel! Founder of The Admin Edit. I started The Admin Edit after realizing something pretty simple but incredibly important: health practitioners and small business owners are often buried under admin they were never meant to manage alone.
With a strong background in healthcare and administration, I have a deep understanding of clinic workflows and I focus on systems that actually work in real life.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my kids, moving my body, finding new coffee shops, and enjoying life beyond the laptop — something I believe every business owner deserves!

Kristy, Virtual Assistant
Hi! I'm Kristy. I’m a virtual assistant at The Admin Edit, and if there’s one thing you should know about me — my Google Calendar is my best friend.
I thrive on organization and come
come from a strong administrative background. Some of my favorite tasks I do to lighten your admin load is -creating SOPs, refining processes, and turning “this is messy” into “this makes sense.”
When I am not organizing your inbox or taking care of all your behind-the-scenes tasks, you’ll find me checking out a new workout class [I love hot yoga and pilates!], trying new recipes, and spending time with my family.

Hi! I'm Amanda, a social media and administrative support professional with a diverse background in administration. With strong communication skills, adaptability, and a keen eye for organization, I hope to help businesses streamline their workload while bringing creativity into their brand.
My goal is to make your workload lighter so you can focus on what truly matters, your patients.
When I’m not supporting businesses, you’ll find me travelling the world, exploring new hobbies like crocheting and baking, capturing memories, or curling up with a book. I look forward to working with you!

Hi, I’m Nicole — a VA with The Admin Edit!
I have a strong background in administrative support and marketing, and I love helping businesses stay organized behind the scenes while showing up confidently online.
I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities (being a mom of three has definitely helped me master multitasking!).
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband, our three kids, and our two dogs. You can usually find us heading to the cottage on weekends, enjoying family time and a little reset from our busy schedules.
