Holiday Hours, January Onboarding & How We’re Preparing Clients for the New Year

The end of the year can feel like a strange mix of slowing down and trying to wrap everything up at once. For many business owners and clinic owners, December brings lighter schedules on the surface — but plenty happening behind the scenes.
Whether you’re new here or considering administrative support in the new year, we wanted to share a transparent look at our holiday hours, what our team is focused on right now, and how onboarding works heading into January and February.
Our Holiday Hours
During the holiday season, our team will be taking a short break to rest and recharge:
Closed: December 24–26
Closed: December 31 & January 1
We will be working every day in between these dates. While things may feel quieter overall, our team remains active and attentive during open days to ensure systems continue running smoothly.
Response times may be slightly slower during this period, but nothing is being overlooked or dropped.
What Our Team Is Working On Behind the Scenes
Even during the holidays, our focus is on preparation, organization, and setting our clients up for success in the new year. This is often one of the most important times for backend work — because what’s done now can make January feel significantly lighter.
Right now, our team is focused on:
Reviewing and tightening workflows that may have evolved throughout the year
Organizing inboxes, task lists, and internal systems
Preparing calendars, reminders, and follow-ups for January
Closing loose ends so nothing carries unnecessary stress into the new year
This behind-the-scenes work is a big part of how we support our clients consistently. While it may not always be visible, it’s what allows businesses and clinics to start the year feeling organized instead of behind.
January Onboarding Update
As of now, December onboarding is officially closed.
We are currently onboarding new clients for the following start dates:
January 15th
February 1st

Our monthly support packages start at $225 per month, making it accessible to get consistent, professional administrative support without a large upfront commitment.
For those ready to move forward soon, we’re also offering 10% off your first month when you sign up before the end of the month.
