Communication & Daily Check-Ins

Administrative Support clients receive:

✔️ Three structured check-ins per business day– Morning– Midday– End of day

We do not guarantee exact check-in times, as they depend on workflow and task volume. However, you can trust that your clinic is reviewed and managed consistently during those windows.

For urgent matters, communication should be clearly labeled as urgent.

We are structured and proactive — but we are not an on-demand, minute-to-minute answering service.

Scope, Training & Evolving Systems

Clinics evolve. New testing platforms are added. New lab portals are introduced. Systems expand.

If new platforms, responsibilities, or workflows are introduced after onboarding:

• Additional training time may be required

• Scope may need to be reviewed

• Package adjustments may be discussed
